Purchase Pass
Gift Card for Fifteen Class Pass
HOW TO PURCHASE AND USE YOUR GIFTCARD
What a fabulous gift! To buy this gift card follow the prompts to complete your purchase. The first and last name fields are for the person making the purchase (who is an amazing gift giver by the way).
Note to the gift giver: Creating an account (login and password) to purchase the gift card isn't required! The purchaser will have to enter their name and email address, but they won't need to create a login if they are just purchasing a gift for someone.
Once you have purchased your gift card, you will receive a receipt email and an email with your Gift Card code. The gift card code will grant your gift recipient 100% off their pass!
In the Gift Card Purchase email, we include a link directly to the pass for purchase with the discount code included. This link can then be shared with the gift recipient.
Fifteen Class Pass Terms:
Expiry
Our 15 Class Pass is valid for four months and activates from the date of your first class attended using the pass. If needed, expiry extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Common Ground’s discretion.
Class Cancellations
Our cancellation policy helps give everyone in our community the opportunity to attend classes.
- If you cancel more than 12 hours before class, your class credit will be returned to your account and you can rebook.
- If you cancel within 12 hours of class, or don’t attend, the class will be forfeited.
- All cancellations must be made through Punchpass.
- We cannot accept cancellations via email, phone, text message, or social media.
If you can’t make it, we appreciate as much notice as possible so another member has the chance to join.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.
- If a space becomes available, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email or push notification in your app.
- You may be added to a class up to 1 hour before it begins.
- The 12-hour cancellation policy also applies to waitlisted bookings.
- If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist via Punchpass to avoid losing a class.
