Intro Passes have a two‑week expiry, which begins on the date of your first attended class on the pass.

Our late‑cancellation policy ensures everyone in the Common Ground community has a chance to attend classes fairly.

• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class begins will receive the class back.

• No‑shows and cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will result in a lost class with no refund.

• All cancellations must be made through our booking system, Punchpass. We cannot accept cancellations via email or social media.

• If you need to cancel, we appreciate as much notice as possible so others in our community can join the class.

If a class is full, you’ll have the option to join the waitlist.

• If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified via email.

• You may be added into a class up to 1 hour before it begins.

• Our 12‑hour cancellation policy still applies to waitlisted classes. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist through Punchpass to avoid losing a class.
