Expiry 

Casual passes never expire, giving you the flexibility to book classes at your own pace.

Class Cancellations 

Our cancellation policy helps give everyone in our community the opportunity to attend classes. 

• If you cancel more than 12 hours before class, your class credit will be returned to your account and you can rebook. 
• If you cancel within 12 hours of class, or don’t attend, the class will be forfeited. 
• All cancellations must be made through Punchpass. 
• We cannot accept cancellations via email, phone, text message, or social media. 

If you can’t make it, we appreciate as much notice as possible so another member has the chance to join. 

Waitlist 

If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. 

• If a space becomes available, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email or push notification in your app. 
• You may be added to a class up to 1 hour before it begins. 
• The 12-hour cancellation policy also applies to waitlisted bookings. 
• If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist via Punchpass to avoid losing a class.
