4 Weekly Membership
Details
This weekly membership is for 4 classes per week at Common Ground Studio. Classes do not roll over to the next week if you have been unable to attend. Your chosen bank account will be charged via direct debit each week on the date you have selected your membership to commence.
Commitment
All memberships have a minimum term of 3 months. A minimum term obligation means an agreement that has a minimum term commitment to maintain payments. Post this minimum term, the agreement will continue indefinitely until terminated by the customer or Common Ground Studio.
Pauses
You can request to place a pause on your membership for a minimum of 1 week and up to 4 weeks in total for the calendar year. This excludes any Common Ground closures. To place a pause on your account please contact us via email with 7 days notice. Any further requests to pause will be at the discretion of Common Ground Studio.
Cancellation of Membership
If you wish to cancel your membership after your 3 month minimum term, we require 4 weeks notice to action this request. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to completing your 3 month term, you will be required to give 7 days notice and will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.
Changes in Membership Fees
Outside of the 3 month minimum term agreed to by the customer, Common Ground Studio may adjust membership fees at any given time, giving 28 days' notice.
Class Cancellation Policy
Our late cancellation policy is in place so everyone in the Common Ground community has the opportunity to attend classes with us.
- Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the class commencing will receive their class back.
- No shows and cancellations made LESS than 12 hours before class will result in a lost class and no refund for the session.
- Cancellations are to be made strictly via our booking system Punchpass. We do not accept cancellations through email or social media platforms. If you need to cancel a class, we appreciate as much notice as possible to enable others in our community to come along.
Waitlists
If the class is full, you will have the option to join the waitlist.
- If/when a space in the class becomes available you will be notified of your reservation via email.
- You can be added into a class up to 1 hour before the class begins.
- Our 12 hour cancellation policy still applies to waitlisted classes. Therefore if you can no longer make the class, cancel your space on the waitlist through our booking system, Punchpass to avoid the loss of a class.
