Our Level 1 classes are wonderful for laying the foundations for your Reformer Pilates practice. You will be guided through the basics with a strong focus on strength, stamina, and great form to ensure you are getting the most out of every move. Expect layered movements that meet you where you are, offering options to challenge and support every participant.


Whether you’re brand new or brushing up on your technique, this class is designed to challenge and energise you from start to finish.


**All new members without prior Reformer experience must start here (or alternatively in Stretch & Mobility or Foundations classes). This class is pre and postnatal friendly.
