Cardio Strength Reformer – A Hybrid Pilates Experience


This isn’t your typical Level 2 reformer class. Cardio Strength is a bold blend of dynamic Pilates and functional strength training - a hybrid workout that breaks a few rules in all the right ways. We use the entire reformer as our playground, mixing traditional Pilates principles with heavier springs, free weights, and off-the-reformer supersets to push your strength, stability, and cardio endurance to new heights. Expect a full-body burn, a serious sweat, and a rush of feel-good endorphins.

 

This class is designed for movers who love variety, intensity, and a little rebellion from the norm—while still keeping the core foundations of Pilates at the heart of every movement.


Note: Prior reformer experience is recommended. Not suitable for those managing moderate to severe injuries
