Ready to take your Pilates practice to the next level. Our Level 2 intermediate class is designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and skill on the Reformer through a dynamic full body workout. Your instructors will guide you through a contemporary Pilates flow with intermediate to advanced layers.

* Prior Reformer experience required. Please note this class is not suitable for clients with active injuries or medical conditions.
