In our Cardio strength class we combine dynamic reformer Pilates moves with functional strength training to raise your heart rate and flow those feel good endorphins. 

In this class we use the entire reformer as our ‘gym’ and play with heavier springs/ weights to superset exercises both on and off the reformer. This is a full body workout that challenges your cardio endurance, strength and stability whilst keeping the Pilates foundations at the heart of your movement. 

* This is an intermediate level class, prior reformer experience is required. This class is not suitable for active injuries or prenatal clients.
